All purchases of packs and credits are final. Refunds are only provided at our discretion in cases of technical issues. Credit balances do not expire. Prices are subject to change without notice, though existing credit balances will not be affected.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: redistribute or resell any content from Hotia; use automated systems to scrape or download content; attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the platform; impersonate others or create fake accounts; use the platform for illegal activities.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your access to purchased content may be revoked.
8. Limitation of Liability
Hotia is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including loss of data or purchased content.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
